A unique bank needed a one-of-a-kind headquarters worthy of its fresh new brand. Tangerine turned to Twilight to help envision and realize a truly elevated office experience.

Tangerine is a different kind of bank – non-traditional, online, innovative. Their evolution from ING Direct Canada began with an inside-out brand transformation led by Concrete Design. When Tangerine was ready to come alive in three dimensions, they turned to us.

To actualize the brand in their corporate headquarters, Tangerine sought a partner who could go full-cycle, from design and planning to project management and delivery. Just as essential, they needed fresh energy in a project that had stalled halfway.

Through Creative Magic™, we collaborated with senior leadership to clarify their vision – blending abstract concepts with physical elements to create a unique experience. The centerpiece: a timeline feature wall presenting the story of Tangerine’s journey.

Hitting the mark with our initial wall design, Tangerine’s exec team gave us the green light to quickly move into planning and implementation. Combined with many other unique environmental elements, we delivered a powerful experience that elevated the workplace, instilled pride and won multiple awards.


ENGAGING

The unique 3D timeline feature wall blends abstract concepts (stories, milestones) and physical elements (cabinets, custom LED) to bring the Tangerine story to life.

COMMUNICATIVE

An illuminated lenticular wall presents the Tangerine value message in a playful and scientific way, engineered at a large scale.

IMPACTFUL

Decorative display panels feature engraved icons, enhanced with lighting and a special 3D effect to make them pop.

UNIQUE

As the Tangerine brand exemplifies Forward Thinking, we were tasked with creating four one-of-kind features to raise the creativity level over seven floors.
